Friendships and Ninja

So I just got back from my Church Youth group. They meet every Wednesday and Sunday. It’s usually a small group of kids ages ranging from 11 to 18. There are often only 5 to 10 of us.  So tonight one of our Youth Pastors said “We are going to play a team building game! It’s called “The Human Knot”. Well, no one wanted to play it so we ended up playing Ninja. A game that makes enemies instead 🙂 . It was fun but then it was time to get serious. The lesson tonight was on friendship, and loving your neighbor as your self, (Mathew 22:37-39 Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’). She talked about how the people that you’re friends with can really impact who you are, and rather than being influenced you need to be the influencer. Anyway, it was a fun night.

Well G’night All!

Proverbs 13:20

Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.
